*** If TSIA should be unable to hold the symposium for any cause beyond its reasonable control, TSIA has the right to cancel the symposium with no further liability than a refund of the sponsorship less a proportionate share of the symposium expenses incurred by TSIA. TSIA shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential losses arising from or relating to such cancellation.
